Cancellation Policy

Good agreements make good friends. This is how it works if you cancel:

• Cancelling is only possible via email up to one month before the event starts. For multi-day events and blended events starting with an online session, the first day of the event, either online or offline, applies.

• If the cancellation or rescheduling of the event happens less than one month before the event starts, 100% of the fee will be due.

• If you cancel later, there will be no refund.

• In the rare event that a course cannot take place for any reason on our part, you will be notified of it as soon as possible, and the entire amount that you have paid will be refunded.
